Review of Nicki's poem, Mia Forbes

I loved the simplicity of this poem. I could especially relate do I really enganged in this poem. A situation that I am kind of in right now it is like I am waiting for someone to change, but its like every time it always happens to be the same thing going on, but yet I still find myself waiting because when or if they do change I do not want to miss the chance. So I like that your poem is something that I could relate to. Reading this it also sounded like you. i really like how towards the end of the poem instead of you using the colors of the street lights you actually used the actions of the cars. I thought that that was a very neat touch. I also like the different examples that you used in the poem that shows that there is no change. And also the rhyming scheme that comes up every couple of lines as well. I really do not have any dislikes about this poem, maybe because I can really relate, but if I would change something I would have maybe set a scene in the beginning and end of the poem to give it more of a definition of how things really are the same and that you are still waiting and continuing to do the same things. I just think it would have defined the poem a little bit more, but overall I really liked it.
